How to Apply
For both the General and Financial Management Training Schemes, you can apply if you are educated to degree level (a minimum of 2:2).
- You must apply online.
- You can apply here from 7th November 2011 until 6th January 2012
Stage 1 - You should expect this to take at least 3 hours to complete
The application will be the usual bio-data plus three competency based questions linked to the leadership competencies we are testing throughout this process. Once completed, you will receive a prompt to complete the verbal and numerical reasoning tests. Each test is timed and take approximately 30 minutes each.
We will typically expect to receive around 500 applications at this stage. As such, we use a range of methods to assess you potential. We would encourage you to give yourself the time you need to show us your best at this stage.
Please note that your completed application and verbal and numerical reasoning tests both need to be completed by the deadline so please leave yourself enough time to complete all aspects of this stage.Due to the volume of applications we receive, we will be unable to give feedback at this stage.
