Combined Learning

In addition to the formal qualification you will receive a substantial in house training program to develop your leadership and management skills in a public sector environment. As part of this you will form a cohort group with Doctors learning soft skills and develop strategies to deal with challenges faced within your role.

You’ll also have the chance to undertake a Community Challenge, were you’ll work as a team over 24 hours to achieve an objective benefiting the local community.
